To send bulk messages, open a campaign within Lead Manager Ninja. Once inside, you can select a pre-created template or create a new template for the campaign. After that, you can proceed to manage the campaign members and send bulk messages.

2. How do you select the phone number (Sender ID) to send messages?

In case you are using more than one phone number for messaging purpose, you can choose the desired phone number (also called the sender ID) to send the message. This process ensures that you are using the right phone to deliver the messages. Click on select channels and select desired channels and From Number to be used for sending bulk messages.

3. How do you send messages instantly to all campaign members?

After selecting the campaign members and choosing your sender ID, click Send. This action will send the bulk message instantly to all the campaign members, ensuring timely communication.

4. What is the method for sending messages immediately after writing them?

After composing a message, click "Send" to promptly convey it. The technology facilitates real-time delivery, ensuring messages are dispatched instantaneously unless programmed differently.

5. What is the process to add or remove members from a campaign?

To remove a member: Go to the List View, select the member, and click Delete.

To add members: Click Add Leads and select multiple members at once.
