How do I run the Ninja Bot for bulk SMS messaging?

1. Accessing the Ninja Bot Feature

Click on the Ninja Bot feature available in the lists of bulk SMS, Campaign bulk SMS, and report bulk SMS.

2. Ensure Proper Bot Creation

Make sure the bot is properly created for the objects on which you want to trigger it.

1. Using Send List SMS

• Go to the Leads section.
• Select the leads you want to send SMS to.
• Click the drop-down menu on the right and select Send List SMS. This will navigate you to the List SMS page.
• Select Recipients: Choose the recipients from the available list.
• Choose Channel and Number: Select the channel on which you want to run the bot.
• Select the number to send from.
• Add Ninja Bot: Click the + icon to add the Ninja Bot, and choose the appropriate bot from the dropdown menu based on the objects you created.
• Start the Bot: Click the Start button, and you should see a success message confirming the action.

2. Using Campaign Bulk SMS

Campaign Setup:

• Ensure that object mapping for campaign members is set up in SMS settings, and create a campaign using the Leads tab.
• Add Records to Campaign: Go to Leads, select the records to add to your campaign, and click the Add to Campaign button at the top right.
• You can add records to an existing campaign or create a new one by choosing New Campaign.
• Save your campaign.
• Send Campaign Bulk SMS: Navigate to the Campaign Bulk SMS tab and choose your campaign to see all the records included.
• Select the records to send bulk SMS.
• Choose Channel and Add Ninja Bot: Select the channel, select the number, click the + icon to add the Ninja Bot, and select the appropriate bot.
• Start the bot: Click Start, and you will receive a success message.

3. Using Report Bulk SMS

Report Creation:

• Ensure you have created a report of the records to which you want to send bulk SMS.
• Go to the App Launcher, search for Reports, and click on New Reports.
• Select the report type, start the report, and ensure Lead ID is added in the columns. You can customize the report with filters.
• Click Save & Run to finalize your report.
• Send Report Bulk SMS: Go to the Report Bulk SMS tab, search for the report, and select Lead ID in the ID column.
• Choose Channel and Add Ninja Bot: Select the channel, select the number, click the + icon to add the Ninja Bot, and select the appropriate bot.
• Start the Bot: Click Start, and you will receive a success message once the process is complete.
