Our client runs a leading educational institution in Australia, specializing in online courses and training programs for students up to grade 12. Known for its innovative approach to online learning, the client provides flexible, high-quality education programs designed to meet the diverse needs of students. To enhance student engagement and streamline communication, they utilize WhatsApp and SMS channels. However, they were in search of a solution that would automate the delivery of timely reminders and notifications, ensuring students stay on track with their learning schedules.

Challenges
